Firstly, in the customer client area you can now see if your number is successfuly registered on our service. You can see the type of device and that we have confirmed a successful registration. If you are connected with mutiple devices each will be visible here.
Secondly, we have updated our Network Status page which is accessible to customers who are logged in. From here you can see in real time if our servers have any issues and the duration of any downtime and its potential impact on your service. See screenshot below for an example.
