AutoDevice System

Irish VoIP can now remotely configure, monitor and manage certain devices. This means you do not have to troubleshoot or log into the device to change settings. We handle everything from our Network Operations Centre (NoC). All devices we sell from January 2020 are supported and come automatically registered to the AutoDevice system.

If you have one of the devices listed below we can add it to the AutoDevice system.

  1. Upgrade your device to the latest firmware (at least equal to the minimum listed below).
  2. See here for details if having issues upgrading to latest firmware
  3. Do a factory reset of your device
  4. Get the MAC address and Serial Number of your device (available on the underside of the unit)
  5. Contact us and supply the MAC Address and Serial Number along with the Irish VoIP account you wish to have provisioned to the device.

Once setup we can actively configure, provision, monitor and troubleshoot your device remotely including upgrading firmware and changing settings if necessary.
