How do I Topup my Call Plan or SIP Trunk?

You need to log into your Account Overview dashboard and then click on your number or SIP Trunk. Your current balance and a button to initiate topup are on this page.

Notes

  • The Add Funds option does NOT topup your number. It adds credit to your general Irish VoIP account balance to be used against any future invoice for any service including future topups.
  • If you have added general Irish VoIP credit using the Add Funds feature you can subsequently topup using this credit as payment.
  • It is not required, however, to Add Funds in this way before topping up your service as you can pay directly as needed.
