This article is for users who have their device registered with our Autodevice system for configuration settings.
If you are leaving us or simply want to use your device with another service or sell it on, we can remove it from our Autodevice system.
Simply, log a ticket informing us that you wish to have it removed from the system.
We will need the MAC and Serial number of the device which are usually located on the label on the underside of the device.
Once removed from our system you should perform a factory reset to fully remove our settings from your device
